Shipping & Returns

Once your order is placed, we cannot change/cancel/adjust your order. All sales are final. 
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@suttiskin.com to set up an exchange. In order to receive an exchange, you must send us a photo (or video if required) of the product and the associated damage. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged (due to shipping) or defective, you must send the original product back to Sutti Skin Pty Ltd - the customer will be responsible for cost to ship the product back to us (we recommend providing a tracking code). Once we receive the defective product, we will exchange it for a new one, postage paid. If you would like to receive a refund for unopened/undamaged goods, you must first ship the product back to Sutti Skin Pty Ltd
